  • Memo will charge a 0.20% fee per transaction.

  • Stripe, Coinbase, and blockchain networks may charge additional fees.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of crypto transactions, all transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of wallet addresses and amounts.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe:

  • You violated our Terms
  • You’re involved in suspicious or fraudulent activities
  • You’re non-compliant with KYC or AML procedures

You may terminate your account at any time, but we retain your transaction data as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

MEMO is not liable for:

  • Losses due to user error (e.g. sending crypto to wrong address)
  • Blockchain delays or fees
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence
