Refund Policy

Effective Date: Jan,2025

At Memo, we enable businesses, freelancers, and service providers to accept global payments via credit and debit cards, with settlements in cryptocurrencies such as USDT or USDC.

Because Memo uses blockchain technology for settlements, all transactions are considered final and non-reversible once completed.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any transactions processed through the Memo platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mistaken payments

  • Accidental transfers

  • Dissatisfaction with services or timing

  • Any other reason after the transaction has been confirmed

2. Blockchain Transactions Are Final

IMPORTANT: All cryptocurrency transactions (e.g., USDT, USDC) are irreversible once they are confirmed on the blockchain.

  • Memo does not have the ability to reverse, cancel, or retrieve funds after settlement.

  • This is a core property of decentralized blockchain systems.

  • We strongly advise all users to double-check wallet addresses and payment amounts before proceeding.

3. Network (Gas) Fees

All transactions processed through Memo incur blockchain network fees (“gas”), which are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Paid to the blockchain network (not Memo)

4. Chargebacks

Memo is not liable for any disputes related to chargebacks initiated with your card issuer. Attempted fraud or misuse of the chargeback process may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Final Notes

By using Memo’s services, you fully acknowledge and accept that:

  • All transactions are final.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Crypto payouts are your responsibility once processed.
